Born and raised in the Central Valley, Angel attended the University of the Pacific to earn a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Having established deep roots in the community and a passion for education, Angel served as an elected official for the Stockton Unified District School Board. He continues to be an advocate for high school career and college pathways and supports programs that are student centered and driven. Currently he serves on the board for the Stockton Homeless Shelter, Good Government and United Way.

Bridgette Dixon began her career in 2008 as a health educator with the Birthing Project Clinic where she met with patients, was responsible for various employee-training initiatives, and helped to manage budgets and office communications. As a Program Manager for the Boys and Girls Club, Ms. Dixon managed an office of five employees and provided leadership for the daily operations of the Club at the executive level.
Ms. Dixon is well versed in HIPPA compliance requirements, social media for non-profits, and event planning. She joined California Northstate University, College of Health Sciences in 2015 and assists the Dean of the College in the operations of the campus.
