Thank you for your interest in California Northstate University College of Health Sciences. To ensure a thorough admissions process, below are the application steps to help you complete your application.

  1. Review all admissions requirements for the program that you are interested in.  Make sure you have met these requirements.  You may find admissions requirement information in accordance to the program that you are interested in, located at the left side of this page.
  2. For the traditional undergraduate program, non-degree seeking program, and combined programs, fill out and submit your application via the Formstack portal when you click APPLY.  Please remember to upload a copy of your unofficial high school transcript(s), a copy of your unofficial college transcript (if you have any), and a PDF of your ACT and/or your SAT scores at the end of the application. If you submit your application without these documents, it will be reflected as an incomplete application. Further consideration will not be given until the documents are received.For the Pre-Med Post Baccalaureate program, fill out and submit your application via the Formstack portal when you click APPLY. Please remember to upload a copy of your resume, a copy of your unofficial college transcript, the Excel spreadsheet with your BCPM GPA calculations (a link to access the excel spreadsheet is on the application), and a PDF of your AMCAS or PharmCAS report (if you have one). If you submit your application without these documents, it will be reflected as an incomplete application. Further consideration will not be given until the documents are received.
  3. Completed applications will be screened and thoroughly reviewed by the Admissions Office and the Admissions Committee.
  4. For the traditional undergraduate program and non-degree seeking program, after completing your application with the required documents, you do not need to do anything else.For the combined programs, after completing your application with the required documents, qualified applicants will be invited for an interviewFor the Pre-Med Post Baccalaureate program, after completing your application with the required documents, qualified applicants will be invited for an interview.
  5. Once the Admissions Committee has made the decisions, candidates will be notified via the email address that was provided on the application.
