Jose joined the CHS family in March of 2021. Prior to CHS he served as a Graduate Advisor for Undergraduate Student Government in USC’s Campus Activities Department as well as, an Academic Mentor in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at UCLA. Jose also brings a wealth of Residence Life experience as he served as a Resident Assistant and a Residential Community Coordinator in the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life at CSU Bakersfield.

Jose is passionate about working closely with students to help them achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals and hopes to create opportunities for students to grow and connect amongst each other, staff, faculty, and off campus professionals to build belonging, community, and lasting relationships. Jose will work closely with Student Government, Student Clubs, Student Ambassadors, and all aspects of Student Life at CHS to enhance the educational and social experience for all students.
