We offer a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (BSHS) degree and 9 pathways that prepare you for our competitive Medical (MD), Pharmacy (PharmD), Psychology (PsyD), Dental (DMD), and Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MPS) professional schools: 2+4 BS to MD pathway, 3+4 BS to MD pathway, 4+4 BS to MD pathway, 2+4 BS to PharmD pathway, 3+4 BS to PharmD pathway, 3+5 BS to PsyD pathway, 3+4 BS to DMD pathway (Pending BPPE and WSCUC approval), 4+4 BS to DMD pathway (Pending BPPE and WSCUC approval), and 3+2 BS to MPS pathway.

Now that you know more about us, you are ready to apply. Keep the following in mind as you begin:
CNUCHS admits as regular undergraduate students (including non-degree seeking students) only persons who have a high school diploma or the recognized equivalent of a high school diploma.
Complete the entire application (not required in one sitting).
A non-refundable $50 application fee is required before we can consider you for admission.
The earlier you submit all required documents, the sooner you will receive an admissions decision.
We review completed application files on a rolling basis beginning October 31.

- Official high school transcript (must include 12th grade coursework) or college transcripts. Unofficial transcripts accepted at the time of application.
- Official ACT and/or SAT scores (if you are applying as a freshman or if you have earned less than 25 college credit hours after high school graduation). Unofficial test scores accepted at the time of application.*
*Students are not required to take the SAT or ACT for admissions consideration. However, if SAT or ACT scores are available, they will be considered by the admissions committee.

Have your official ACT (College Code: 7032) or SAT (College Code: 7669) sent as soon as possible. Unofficial transcripts, ACT, SAT scores are accepted until receipt of official copies. Please upload unofficial copies as attachments at the end of the application.
If you are applying as a transfer student (25 or more college credit hours after high school graduation), send us your official college transcript. We will not need your high school transcripts, ACT, or SAT scores.
BS to MD pathway, BS to PharmD pathway, BS to PsyD pathway, and BS to MPS pathways: We have limited seats in our pathways so apply early (before October 31st) if you think a pathway is what you are looking for.
