Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 USC §1092(f)) is a federal law, originally known as the Campus Security Act, that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses since 1990. Annual Security Report

The Annual Security Report is the University’s compendium for safety, security, and emergency evacuation and response policies, and contains data regarding regional crime statistics. To obtain a hard copy of the Annual Security Report, please submit a formal written request to campus_safety@cnsu.edu , and a printed copy will be made available for pick up at our main Elk Grove campus (9700 West Taron Dr. Elk Grove, CA 95757) within two business days.
