BSN students must complete all requirements of the BSN curriculum plan, and meet all requirements indicated below to graduate:
- Must have completed a minimum of 127 credit hours with a grade of "C" or better.
- Must have completed all related natural science prerequisite coursework. Anatomy, physiology, and microbiology must be completed with a laboratory component
- Must have completed six (6) credit hours in communication skills and four (4) credit hours in service-learning coursewokr. Please not that all service learning, nursing-specific courses (coded NURS), and upper division BSN degree required courses must be completed at CNUCHS
- Must have an overall minimum cumlative GPA of 2.70 as calculated by the average of all course credit units and grade points for courses taken at CNUCHS.
- must have completed the required clinical hours, as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN), while at CNUCHS in the five following areas: geriatics, medical-surgery, mental health/psychiatric nursing, obstetrics, and pediatrics
- Must have taken at least one hours of implicit bias training, offered through CNUCHS
