NCLEX

Graduates of the BSN program will be eligible to take the required licensure exam for nursing professionals.  The NCLEX-RN is the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses.  This is a computer adaptive test that varies in length based on the candidate’s specific ability.  The Next Generation NCLEX includes long form question types that will assess a nursing graduate’s clinical reasoning skills.

Testing candidates can expect to see content related to the following areas:

  • Reduction of Risk Potential
  • Safety and Infection Control
  • Health Promotion and Maintenance
  • Psychosocial Integrity
